Make your welcome post an exciting one
Let your CEO, CHRO, or the people manager send the first-ever post on the platform welcoming your employees. This announcement is critical as it will be the first org-specific welcome on the platform. A great idea is for the Super Admin (or any HR leader) to announce this on the Town Hall group and start your org’s Empuls journey. Add an ‘@Group’ tag to the launch message to ensure that all team members are notified via email as well.Create your team of ‘Culture Champions’
Assign a few active employees from each department, or create a team of “Culture Champions” who can help ensure employees in their respective teams participate in your engagement programs. This team can also help drive future initiatives. Form a team of culture heroes, create a group on Empuls, add them to the group, and encourage them to share ideas and execute activities on the platform.Spotlight the first log-ins
Make your launch exciting by gamifying the sign-up experience:- The first few users (could be the first 20, 50, or 100) get bonus reward points.
