I'm an Employee

1. Log in to Empuls

   Access Empuls at your organization’s URL using your company email, SSO provider (Google, Microsoft, Slack), or a custom SAML 2.0 identity provider. See Log in to Empuls.

2. Complete your profile

   Add a profile photo, bio, skills, and hobbies so colleagues can connect with you. Your profile is your digital identity on the platform.

3. Explore recognition

   Appreciate a colleague with a peer award, join a group, or check the leaderboard to see who’s leading in engagement points.

4. Redeem your points

   Visit the rewards shop to browse gift cards, merchandise, experiences, and charitable donations across 100+ countries. See Redeem Your Earned Points.

1. Log in to Empuls

2. Set up your workspace

   Configure your organization settings, branding, and user permissions to prepare Empuls for your team.

3. Add employees and teams

   Import your employee directory, organize teams, and set up SSO or SAML integration for seamless access. See Manage Employees.

4. Create your first award program
