Beyond the main rewards catalog and Perks Store, Empuls offers specialized storefronts — curated catalogs you can redeem points against. Each storefront targets a specific use case: company-branded swag, Amazon marketplace items, or once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Open the storefronts hub in your tenant at https://<your-empuls-url>/home/store.

Each storefront is independent — points spent in one don’t affect availability in another. The base rewards catalog (/home/redemption) is the main redemption surface; storefronts are alternatives for specific catalog types.

Merchandise storefront

Company-branded merchandise lets you turn points into swag you can wear or use. The catalog is curated by your admin — typically a mix of apparel, drinkware, and small accessories with your company’s logo.
1

Open Merchandise

From the storefronts hub, click Merchandise, or open the URL directly.
2

Browse by category

Apparel (shirts, hoodies, jackets), drinkware (mugs, bottles), accessories (bags, keychains), tech (phone stands, mousepads).
3

Pick an item

Click into an item to choose size, color, and quantity.
4

Check out

Add to cart and proceed to checkout. Points are deducted on confirmation; physical shipping follows the standard claim flow (see physical gift claims for variant options and shipping).

Amazon storefront

The Amazon storefront connects your Empuls points to a curated Amazon catalog. The catalog is filtered to items eligible for points redemption — not the full Amazon catalog.
1

Open Amazon storefront

From the storefronts hub or directly via the URL.
2

Search or browse

Use Amazon-style search and filters (category, price, customer ratings).
3

Add to cart

Items are priced in Empuls points based on their Amazon list price (plus any conversion margin set by your admin).
4

Check out and confirm shipping

Provide a shipping address. Empuls’s supply chain partner places the order with Amazon on your behalf.
Amazon orders use Amazon’s standard fulfillment and tracking. You’ll get a tracking number once the order ships.

Experiences storefront

The experiences catalog turns points into memorable activities — cooking classes, weekend getaways, theater tickets, sporting events, wellness retreats. Availability varies by your country.
1

Open Experiences

From the storefronts hub or directly via the URL.
2

Filter by interest and location

Categories include food and drink, adventure, wellness, entertainment, family. Filter by your city or country to see what’s actually bookable.
3

Pick an experience

Click into details — what’s included, duration, what to bring, age restrictions.
4

Book your slot

Pick a date and time from available slots. Empuls confirms the booking with the experience provider.
5

Receive confirmation

A confirmation email with booking details and a redemption code goes to your registered email.

Limits and gotchas

  • Storefront availability depends on your admin enabling each one. If you don’t see a storefront, it’s not enabled for your role.
  • Amazon storefront pricing fluctuates with Amazon list prices — items can change in points cost between visits.
  • Experiences must be booked within the catalog’s window (typically 60–90 days out). Last-minute and same-day bookings are usually not available.
  • All storefronts respect your country eligibility — items unavailable in your region are filtered out automatically.
