How to Recognise on Empuls

Learn how to send recognitions and appreciation to your team members on Empuls.

Steps

1. Click the Recognize CTA

   On your Empuls home screen, you’ll see a Recognize call-to-action button. Click on it to begin.

2. Select the nominee

   Choose the person you want to send recognition to. This is the person you’d like to appreciate.

3. Choose an award

   Based on your budget and eligibility criteria, select the appropriate award for the nominee.

4. Write an appreciation message

   Compose a personalised message for the person you’re recognising.

5. Enhance with AI (optional)

   If you feel your message could be better, use the platform’s AI capability to enhance it. The platform will improve your input and show you an updated message you can use.

6. Preview and share

   You’ll get a preview of how the recognition will look once shared. When satisfied, click Share to send it.
