Steps

Set up the integration with IT

Work with your IT team to install and configure the Empuls app within MS Teams. Once set up, the app appears in the left-hand navigation within Teams.

Customise the app branding

You can customise the app’s name and logo within Teams to match your recognition programme’s branding.

Employee access within Teams

Employees can access Empuls natively within MS Teams to:
  • View their feed and organisational spotlights
  • Attend to high-priority actions
  • Join celebrations and send wishes to colleagues
  • Recognise achievements and redeem points — without switching platforms

Leaderboards, surveys, and perks

Employees can view configured leaderboards, respond to surveys and quizzes, and explore employee discounts or perks programmes — all from within the Teams app. The Wall of Fame is also visible.

Admin capabilities in Teams

Admins can view reports and insights, manage settings, add new users, sync profile pictures, and oversee awards and core values directly through the MS Teams app.

Chatbot integration

A chatbot within the MS Teams workspace notifies employees about awards, announcements, and other relevant updates. Employees can also appreciate colleagues, redeem rewards, and manage pending action items directly from the chat — without leaving Teams.
