Set up the integration with IT

Work with your IT team to configure the Empuls integration with Slack. Once done, Empuls appears as a separate app within your Slack workspace.

Employee access within Slack

Employees can directly in Slack:
  • Recognise and redeem awards
  • View the Wall of Fame
  • Check the leaderboard
  • Respond to surveys and quiz invites
  • Manage high-priority pending actions

Admin configuration

Admins can configure how Empuls behaves within Slack — deciding which post types appear in specific channels. Set up dedicated channels for:
  • Leaderboard updates
  • Appreciations and recognitions
  • Other announcement types

Empuls chatbot

Employees get a one-on-one chat with the Empuls bot in Slack. The bot provides notifications about awards, appreciations, and updates related to their close circle — keeping recognition visible and timely.
