Steps

Go to Manage Shops

Click Reports and Admin → Manage Shops. You’ll see a list of all existing in-house products.

Enable or disable products

Toggle the enable/disable switch on any product to control its visibility in the store.

Add a new in-house product

Click Add In-House Item. Fill in:
  • Product image
  • Name and description
  • Price and currency
  • Fulfilment details (how the item is delivered or redeemed)
  • Terms and conditions (any constraints or eligibility criteria)
Click Confirm and Save — the product will be added to your catalog and made available to eligible employees.

Manage gift cards

Use the gift card section to enable or disable specific gift card brands that appear in the redemption store.

Enable Amazon store (US only)

For US-based organisations, there’s an option to enable a dedicated Amazon store for employees within the shop settings.
