The Health & Wellness category in Empuls brings preventive care, fitness, mental health support, and home care services into a single place. Employees can open it in their tenant at https://<your-empuls-url>/home/benefits-wellness-sessions. Employees can use their reward points to access these services individually, and employers can purchase wellness benefits in bulk to provide programs across the entire team simultaneously. Empuls partners with leading providers — including Apollo, ekincare, Mfine, Practo, CultFit, Trueworth, and Tata 1mg — to offer exclusive rates that maximize value for both employees and organizations.

Employees can access the following categories through the Health & Wellness section:

Employee: redeem points for health & wellness

Employees can redeem their Empuls reward points directly for wellness services. No additional payment is required if points cover the full value.

Log in to Empuls

Access the Empuls platform using your credentials.

Navigate to Health & Wellness

Go to Redeem > Health & Wellness tab.

Select a category

Choose the service you need — for example, Doctor consultations or Gym subscriptions.

Choose a specific benefit

Select the service or product from the list displayed for that category.

Book your benefit

Click Book Now, then click Place Order to confirm. Your booking details are sent to your registered email.
The more reward points you have, the wider your selection. You can earn points through peer recognition, completing surveys, and participation in programs.

Admin: enable company-sponsored wellness benefits

As an admin, you can purchase wellness benefits in bulk so that all employees — or a defined group — receive access without needing to spend individual reward points.

Log in as admin

Access the Admin interface in Empuls.

Go to Employee Benefits

Navigate to Programs > Employee Benefits > Wellness Benefits.

Select a category

Choose the wellness category you want to sponsor — for example, Gym Membership or Mental health assistance.

Choose a partner service

Select the provider from the list (such as CultFit). Review available packages, tiers, and included privileges.

Enter employee details

Fill in the number of employees you want to enroll, their work email addresses, and phone numbers.

Submit your enquiry

Click Enquire. The Empuls team responds with pricing details and confirms the benefit activation once requirements are agreed upon.
Company-sponsored wellness benefits are available at prices lower than the public market rate. Empuls co-sponsors the benefit to make it accessible to every employee without stretching your budget.

Company-sponsored benefit categories

When purchasing in bulk, admins can sponsor the following wellness services for groups:
  • Health checkups — Corporate health packages for annual or quarterly preventive screenings
  • Insurance — Group medical insurance or supplemental health plans
  • Pharmacy — Employee credits or vouchers for medicines and health essentials
  • Doctor consultations — Teleconsultation packages or in-clinic visit vouchers
  • Mental health assistance — Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), therapy subscriptions, and wellness coaching
  • Gym subscriptions — Corporate gym memberships for individuals or entire teams
  • Home care — Corporate tie-ups for home nursing and elder care services

No. Bookings made through Empuls are handled within the platform. You do not need to register separately with providers like Apollo or CultFit to access services.
The Empuls team contacts you to confirm pricing and requirements, then activates the benefit for the employees you listed. Employees receive an email notification when their access is ready.
Yes. Individual reward-point redemption and company-sponsored programs are independent features. You can run both simultaneously.
